I wanted to give some positive feedback. Your applications specialist is scheduled to be here again today. Last week we had to take our old room down a day early to reuse pieces for the new room (window and door). This caused considerable anxiety on the part of the technologists involved: having to go live with the new room exclusively a day early. He offered to come back today to help them get through their workload and ensure the quality of care we provide remains high. I can’t overstate how important that was! I find the technologists’ mindset can make or break a project like this. If they go into the experience feeling undertrained and abandoned, it colors how they see the equipment and their employer. His willingness to do this shows my staff and I that Turn-Key will be there when we need them, not just when it’s convenient. Please convey my sincere appreciation.

I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how great your employees are. Your CT applications specialist answers our calls 24-7 and we appreciate him for so many reasons. He is one in a million and I just thought you should know that we all feel that way. When he comes to do further training, he is patient and is able to teach us so much. Sometimes at smaller facilities, like ours, we are treated as if we aren’t as big a priority as bigger accounts, and your staff never treat us that way. Our service engineer is great at always helping with technical problems we have very promptly. Our account executive supports us fully in all of our projects. You have some amazing people and I just wanted to express it.
